Syrah, Blind Trust Red & Chardonnay

Syrah 2019 - Syrah has become a powerful varietal for BC winegrowers, both in terms of its success in growing well in the south Okanagan, and for what it has been delivering in the glass. Estate grown on our Perfect Hedge vineyard in Osoyoos, the style is inspired by Cote Rotie in Northern Rhone, blending 96% Syrah with 4% Viognier.

Blind Trust Red 2020 - A blind trust is a financial trust in which the executors have full discretion over the assets, and the trust beneficiaries have no knowledge of the holdings of the trust. In this case, our Blind Trust is a wine in which the winemaker has full discretion over the blend, so you’ll just have to trust us.

Chardonnay - Making a well-balanced Chardonnay is a challenge that requires both a level of judgment and restraint to fully showcase the fruit characteristics, together with fullness and finesse. Take advantage and restock your cellar with the 2020 or try our new 2021 Chardonnay!

Chardonnay 2020 - 92% French oak fermentation with 19% being new providing a richness on the pallet. This vintage offers notes of vanilla and creme caramel to compliment the fresh citrus and pineapple on the pallet. 

Chardonnay 2021 - This vintage saw 78% French oak ferment with 20% being new. This vintage highlights the fresh, crisp, fruit notes that Chardonnay can offer with subtle oak notes, bringing ripe pineapple, williams pear and warm brioche to the pallet.

Tasting Room 2022 - Finally Back to Normal

Thanks for another spectacular season in the tasting room. It was so great to get back to normal and see everyones smile! We thought our guest's said it best, so below are your comments about your tastings this season.
