Double Blind Tasting
Join us for an eye-opening (or rather, sight-depriving) blind tasting adventure that reveals just how dramatically a wine glass can transform aroma and flavor.
Using opaque black stemware—specially designed to eliminate all visual cues like color—we'll conduct a true "double-blind" experience. Pour the same wines into different varietal-specific Riedel glasses (and the neutral black glass), then taste both versions to uncover which wine is which.
No peeking at the wine's hue allowed—this forces your senses to rely purely on aroma and palate, often with surprising results (even reds and whites can blur together!). It's a fun, educational challenge that proves the right glass isn't just about looks—it's about unlocking a wine's full potential. $20 per person, reservations recommended
