Making a well-balanced Chardonnay is a challenge that requires both a level of judgment and restraint to fully showcase the fruit characteristics, together with fullness and finesse. The 2021 is drinking beautifully now, offering a complex aromatic mix of hazelnut, crème brûlée, and lemon curd, layered over a palate of baked pear, vanilla, and toasted oak.
